Sense Tseng is the founder of QLab.  He graduated from NCKU with both Bachelor’s and Master’s degree.  He establishes QLab in 1982 and has since completed more than 400 projects that include residential towers, hotels, shopping malls, office buildings, cultural facilities and sports arenas.  He has been appointed as members of Urban Design Review Panel and Building Codes Panel, board executives for the Historical Landmark Committee.
